Our manufacturing plant is located in Baoding city,150km south to Beijing city,200km to Tianjin Xin'Gang port.Total area covers 22 acres,roof area 25000㎡，with 180 staff of which 8 senior engineers and 67 technicians.

Our production site is equipped with sand casting line,investment casting line,aluminum permanent mold casting line,machining and heat treating facilities.

The sand casting line has both manual molding line and automatic molding line.Manual molding line max casting weight is up to 5 tons/pc.Automatic molding line includes Denmark Disamatic vertical parting molding machines and Japan Sinto horizontal parting molding machines.

Investment casting line includes silica sol process,water glass process and compound process which fit stainless steel and low alloy steel.

Compound process has both advantages of silica sol process and water glass process with lower price than silica sol process but better casting tolerance and surface roughness than water glass process.

Aluminum permanent mold casting can make parts 25 kg/pc.

Besides casting capability,we also provide integrated machining,heat treating and other services as your kind request.
